What an awful experience. My car was a brand new car damaged in a major hailstorm. Rick lied to me about being a Progressive network shop & returned my car with more damage. I have additional dings, scratches & my doors do not work properly including my driver door no longer locking. I have taken it back 3 times & given many chances to get it fixed properly & now Rick refuses to talk to me because I called out his subpar work. I could go on & on with all the bad experiences I have had over the last 6 months trying to get my car fixed. I'm so disappointed & because he is not actually a network shop there is little to nothing my insurance can do. I seriously don't know how this guy is still in business other than being a con artist.

Fixed a dent in our car perfect for less than half the price quoted by several other body shops in town.

only giving it 2 stars because Debbie is so sweet. her customer service is phenomenal. thanks Debbie! now to the actual review, avoid this place at all costs for oil changes. they charged me 161 for an oil change and my cabin filters. $91 for the service alone and $70 for labor. not to mention it took them FOREVER to do the oil change. thats highway robbery. not only did they charge a bogus amount - they also didnt put a sticker for when i need my next oil change. i have NEVER been somewhere that doesnt do that. I usually go to AOC and pay 80 - sometimes less because they give me a discount. and they have me out within 20 minutes! I made a mistake of using someone different yesterday and will never do that again. AOC will forever have my business. also got a quote for detailing on my vehicle.... needless to say this shop is all about money for the bare minimum.
